Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at workkuzalbaev.v@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping

- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we cover return shipping costs.
- For all other returns — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

- perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- custom or personalized items
- personal care goods (for hygiene reasons)
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

European Union customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU regulations.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
